Come play Orange Tree Golf Course, “the Best Greens in Florida” to quote PGA Tour VP Mark Russell, and support Women Playing for T.I.M.E., an organization dedicated to making a positive impact on women facing cancer. 100% of the funds generated from this annual women’s golf tournament will go directly to patient transportation costs and support of the Cancer Support Community at the Orlando Health UF Health Cancer Center. More than $296,000.00 has been raised in the past 16 years by Women Playing for T.I.M.E. (WPFT).
This event will take place Thursday, October 25, 2018, with a 9 AM Shotgun start. Prizes will be awarded to foursome teams in this Stableford event. The day will begin with a continental breakfast, and each participant will receive a tee package, range balls, and lunch. Following your golf round and before the Awards Luncheon, you’ll have an opportunity to bid on silent auction items, purchase raffle tickets, and visit with friends while helping a great cause. Cost is $135.00 per player.
In addition, embedded in this annual tournament will be a new event–the first-ever WPFT Club Challenge. The winning team of the WPFT Club Challenge will be determined by using Stableford points for 3 players who are members of that club. The winning club team of this new event will receive a plaque.
